May 18 program to focus on local War of 1812 naval battles

The Middlesex Museum and Historical Society Inc. recently announced a May 18 program endorsed by the Middlesex County 250 Committee.

A discussion of naval battles and British raiding parties on the Rappahannock River during the War of 1812 will be held from 2-4 p.m. at Millmont, 987 Mill Wharf Road, Wake.
