COLES POINT—A late night canoe adventure on the Potomac River had a happy ending Tuesday, April 6, when the Westmoreland County Sheriff’s Office was able to reunite Maryland brothers Jesse Oleg Clark, 13, and Josiah Vladimir Clark, 15, with their parents.
According to Westmoreland County Sheriff C.O. Balderson, the boys came ashore with their canoe somewhere in Northumberland County, before reaching a house in the 600 block of Coles Point Road Tuesday night. Homeowners then called….
