The Morattico Waterfront Museum, 6584 Morattico Road, Morattico, will hold its 10th annual Oyster Roast fundraiser from 2:30 to 5 p.m. October 21, in the museum’s James A. Vick Pavilion.  Serving will begin at 3 p.m.

In addition to all-you-can-eat roasted oysters and raw-bar plates, the menu will offer hush puppies, clam chowder, ham biscuits and home-made desserts, reported Mary Byrd Martin. Beer and wine will be available for purchase and will include a local craft beer.

Tickets for the fundraiser benefitting the museum are $35 for adults and $10 for children ages 6 to 12. Admission for children ages 5 and under is free.

Reserve tickets by calling Connie Conley, 761-6213, or by emailing moratticowaterfrontmuseum@yahoo.com. No tickets will be sold on the day of the event, which traditionally sells out early. Bring an oyster knife and no pets, please.
