RICHMOND—On February 1, Dr. Cheryl Brown Davis, Ms. Virginia Senior America 2017, was introduced to the Virginia General Assembly by Del. Margaret Ransone.
Dr. Davis received her crown and title in June 2017 when she competed in the Virginia Senior America pageant in Falls Church. She was judged in four categories: a judges’ interview, her philosophy of life, evening gown and talent, reported Kilmarnock vice mayor and Ms. Virginia Senior America 2016 Rebecca Tebbs Nunn.
Dr. Davis sang “I’ve Got Confidence” from the “Sound of Music.” She was one of the Top 10 in the national pageant in Atlantic City where 42 contestants from all over the U.S. competed in October. Del. Ransone extolled Dr. Davis as a role model and an inspiration for younger women…
