The Rappahannock Amateur Radio Association will put the skipjack Claud W. Somers “on the air” June 5 and 6, and make worldwide contacts with other museum ships and individuals participating in this HAM radio event.
Members will operate an amateur station from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Sunday adjacent to the Claud W. Somers at the Reedville Museum, 504 Main Street, Reedville, reported Wes Werling.
