NAPS highway cleanup clears trash and debris

WICOMICO CHURCH—The Northumberland Association for Progressive Stewardship (NAPS) on November 7 conducted a roadside trash cleanup along Jessie Ball duPont Memorial Highway from Wicomico Church to the Tipers Bridge at the Great Wicomico River.
