HEATHSVILLE—Northumberland County Public Schools will welcome students back for the 2025-26 school year Monday, August 11.
According to the school website, school will be in session from 8 a.m.-3 p.m.
The elementary school will remain under the leadership of principal Martha Williams and the middle school under principal Shelli Lipton.
Northumberland High School, however, will welcome a new principal for the school year, Joram “Jo” Regis. His background in education spans 20 years.
At a recent school board meeting, Regis said he already has a number of goals on improving students’ education and their high school experience….
