The Northern Neck Orchestra will present, “An Evening with Mozart,” March 23 at St. Clare Walker Middle School, 6814 General Puller Highway, Locust Hill and March 24 at Northumberland High School, 201 Academic Lane, Heathsville. Both concerts start at 7:30 p.m.
