No kill shelter opens
Guests tour the new 4,500-square-foot no kill shelter opened by Northern Neck Partners for Pets on Devils Bottom Road in Lancaster. The facility has 24 dog kennels and can house up to 30 cats. It includes separate intake, birthing and isolation rooms and kitchen, along with a large cat room with outdoor porch. Each dog kennel also opens to outdoor runs.
