FREDERICKSBURG—Current bridge maintenance work has been extended on the Robert O. Norris Jr. Memorial Bridge crossing the Rappahannock River between Lancaster and Middlesex counties.
Route 3 motorists using the bridge should plan for brief overnight delays through the morning of April 18, reported Virginia Department of Transportation senior communications specialist Alexis Breeden.
The work schedule extends April 7 through 11 and April 13 through 18. Hours are 7 p.m.-6 a.m. Mondays through Thursdays and 7 p.m.-9 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
