Casual hobbyists and competitive players have united to form the Northern Neck Billiard Club (NNBC), establishing a permanent headquarters in the heart of downtown Lively.
The club originated as a dedicated group of pool players competing weekly at KC’s Crabs and Cues. As participation expanded, the group set a goal to secure a dedicated space of their own.

“The mission has always been to play more pool on better equipment at a better price. That’s the promise we’ve delivered,” said NNBC president Dave Norman.
The organization searched for several years to find the perfect location. When a vacant former grocery store became available at 5396 Mary Ball Road in Lively, the club acquired the property. The building required an extensive overhaul, completed by club members utilizing their collective renovation skills.
