The Northern Neck Orchestra (NNO) will host the first Northern Neck Chamberfest, a summer celebration of chamber music through performance, instruction and outreach, from June 21 to June 26 in Kilmarnock.
“The Chamberfest will bring world class chamber music to the area, offering exciting concerts and professional instruction to enhance the skills of the talented musicians in the community,” said Chamberfest artistic director Moises Cunha, NNO concertmaster and principal violinist.
The Chamberfest features two chamber music concerts performed by Cunha, violinist Elizabeth Crute Cunha, cellist Jake Fowler and violist Alexander Smith, who also will serve as members of the Chamberfest artist faculty.
