The Northern Neck Rotary Club recently announced their Community Service Award will be presented to the Kilmarnock Volunteer Fire Department (KVFD) November 2 during the annual CAPINNE fundraiser, the Great Northern Neck Race, at Good Luck Cellars, 1025 Goodluck Road, Kilmarnock.
The KVFD was chosen for their long-standing service to the region, reported club president Rich Ferraro. Chief Roy Hall will accept the award on behalf of the KVFD, and the fire department will fly their large American flag over the finish line of the race.
