HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened on Tuesday, March 2, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.

Hannibal Tyler-El of Burgess pleaded guilty to felony driving while intoxicated, third-plus offense, and felony driving with a suspended/revoked license, and was sentenced to five years with four years and six months revoked, and indefinite supervision.

David W. Brann was found not guilty of two felony counts of driving while intoxicated with a prior related felony conviction, two felony counts of driving with a suspended/revoked license, and misdemeanor refusal of a breathalyzer test.
