HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, July 13, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
The trial of Dari’k J. Reed, no address given, charged with two felony counts of distribution/sale of Schedule I/II substances, was continued by a joint motion to September 7.
In the case of James E. Brown Jr of Chesterfield, charged with two counts of felony probation violation on a felony offense, trial was set for August 24.
