HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened for term day Tuesday, April 26, with the Hon. Judge R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Rayquawn T. Ball of Lancaster, charged with felony malicious shooting at a vehicle, felony discharge of a firearm or missiles within or at a building, felony attempt to maliciously shoot, and felony destruction of a monument or property, a trial was set for August 1.
In the case of Chanel D. Brooks of Callao, charged with eight counts of felony embezzlement and two counts of felony identity theft resulting in financial loss of over $1000, a trial was set for July 26.
In the case of George A. Canada of Heathsville, charged with grand larceny of auto theft, a trial was set for May 17.
