HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, July 25, for term day with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Darius D. Cutler of Callao, charged with three counts of distribution/selling for profit of Schedule I/II substance, a status hearing was continued to October 24.
In the case of Dakota A. Galves of Reedville, charged with probation violation on a felony offense and failure to appear on a felony offense, a trial was set for September 26.
