HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, July 30, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of William C. Crockett of Lancaster, charged with larceny by falsely obtaining a credit card number, Crockett failed to appear and the case was continued to August 13.
In the case of Huey A. Singleton of Kilmarnock, charged with four counts of felony forgery, a trial was scheduled for October 15.
In the case of Tammy L. Singleton of Kilmarnock, charged with 14 counts of felony forgery, a trial was set for October 15.
