HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, September 17, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
Dakota A. Gales of Port Haywood had his probation revoked following a probation violation charge. He was sentenced to three years and 10 months with two years and 10 months suspended. He faces $208 in costs and will be placed on one year of supervised probation.
In the case of Cassandra Tate of Montross, charged with four counts of probation violation on a felony offense, bond was granted and the case was continued to September 24.
