HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, October 29, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
Kevin R. Cunningham pleaded guilty to two counts of probation violation on felony offenses. He was sentenced to seven years with seven years suspended and was placed on five years of supervised probation. He faces $183 in costs.
In the case of Carlos A. Liverpool of Burgess, charged with four counts of probation violations on felony offenses, failure to appear on a felony offense and larceny by obtaining a credit card number, a status hearing was continued to November 12. Liverpool also faces misdemeanor charges of identity theft and credit card fraud.
