HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened December 5. The following cases were heard by the Hon. R. Michael McKenney.
Dakota A. Galvez of Reedville, charged with felony manufacturing or distributing a controlled substance, was issued a show cause to justify his case December 12.
The case of Jesus L. Garcia of Warsaw, charged with felony manufacturing or distributing a controlled substance, is set for trial January 16.
The case of Lawrence M. Jenkins of Heathsville, charged with felony manufacturing or distributing a controlled substance, was issued a show cause to explain his case in a failure to appear charge December 12.
The case of Kimberly L. Adams of Hague, charged with felony failure to appear, was set for trial January 30.
The case of Dontay N. Davis of Heathsville, charged with a felony probation violation, was continued to January 23.
