HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, July 1, with the Honorable R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Huey A. Singleton of Kilmarnock, charged with exploiting someone mentally incapacitated for over $1,000, the case was continued to July 8.
In the case of Tammy L. Singleton of Kilmarnock, charged with exploiting someone mentally incapacitated for over $1,000, the case was continued to July 22.
In the case of Marcus A. Curry of Kilmarnock, charged with assault on a law enforcement officer, a review was carried over to July 8.
In the case of Ernest J. Polk Jr. of Heathsville, charged with felony violation of a deferred disposition, the case was continued to July 22.
