HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, July 22, for Term Day with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Daniel J. Banes of Richmond, charged with failure to appear on a felony offense, Banes was not found and a capias was issued for October 28. Banes also is charged with five misdemeanor counts of pretrial violation.
In the case of Kevin R. Cunningham of Heathsville, charged with two counts of failure to appear on a felony offense, Cunningham was not found and a capias was issued for October 28.
In the case of Kiwana Y. Garcia of Heathsville, charged with failure to appear on a felony offense, Garcia was not found and a capias was issued for October 28.
