HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened for Term Day Tuesday, October 28, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Daniel J. Banes of Richmond, charged with failure to appear on a felony offense, Banes was not found and a capias was issued for January 27, 2026. Banes also faces five misdemeanor charges of pre-trial violation.
In the case of Kevin R. Cunningham of Haynesville, charged with two counts of probation violation on a felony offense, Cunningham was not found and a capias was issued for January 27.
In the case of Kiwana Y. Garcia, charged with failure to appear on a felony offense, Garcia was not found and a capias was issued for January 27.
