HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, December 16, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Jennie L. Lansberry of Heathsville, charged with probation violation on a felony offense and larceny by unauthorized use of a vehicle, a status hearing was set for January 6, 2026.
In the case of Lakeena O. Noel of Virginia Beach, charged with four counts of probation violation on a felony offense, a trial was continued to February 3, 2026.
In the case of Keenan L. Samuel of Lancaster, charged with two counts of probation violation on a felony offense the charges were dismissed.
Reminder, those charged with alleged crimes are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
