HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, February 10, for Term Day with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Daniel J. Banes of Richmond, charged with failure to appear on a felony offense, Banes was not found and a capias was carried over to April 28. He also faces five misdemeanor charges of pretrial release violations.
In the case of Kevin R. Cunningham of Haynesville, charged with two counts of probation violation on a felony offense, Cunningham was not found and a capias was carried over to April 28.
In the case of Kiwana Y. Garcia of Heathsville, charged with failure to appear on a felony offense, Garcia was not found and a capias was carried over to April 28.
In the case of Dere’Onta J. Redmond of Heathsville, charged with two counts of probation violation on a felony offense, Redmond was not found and a capias was carried over to April 28.
