HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened November 5, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
The trial of Joseph J. Baum of Lancaster, charged with two felonies for failing to pay restitution, was set for December 10.
The trial of William O. Jones of Lancaster, charged with a felony for violating his probation on a felony offense, was set for January 7.
The case of Brian D. Juhl of Kilmarnock, charged with three misdemeanors including one count for damage or obstruction of a phone line, one count for violation of a protective order, and one count for assault and battery of a family member in addition to two felonies including one count for malicious wounding and one count for strangulation resulting in injury, was continued to November 12.
The case of Vicki Bartlett of Ophelia, charged with a felony for embezzlement, was continued to December 17.
