HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened February 4 with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
The trial of Sheldon P. Cox of Heathsville, charged with two felonies for violating his probation, was set for February 11.
Bond was granted in the case of Bennie T. Lee of Burgess, charged with a felony revoking his pretrial release on a felony charge. A status hearing on Lee’s case is scheduled April 28.
A status hearing in the case of William O. Jones of Lancaster, charged with one felony for violating his probation on a felony offense, was continued to March 10.
