HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, August 18, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
The case of Charles L. Elmore of Farnham, charged with two felonies including one count revoking his pretrial release on a felony charge and one count for manufacturing a controlled substance, was continued to October 13. A bond appeal on Elmore’s case also was continued to October 13.
The case of Christopher O. Frisby of Kilmarnock, charged with three felonies including two counts for manufacturing a controlled substance and one count revoking his pretrial release on a felony charge, was continued to August 25.
The case of Lakeya M. Thornton of Burgess, charged with two felonies for distributing a Schedule I or II drugs, was continued to September 1.
The case of Adam B. Freeman-Jones of Deltaville, charged with two felonies including one count for entering a house to commit assault and battery and one count for grand larceny, was continued to September 26.
