HEATHSVILLE —The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened February 7, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
The case of Austin L. Cooper of Wake, charged with two felonies of indecent liberties with a child younger than age 15 and aggregated sexual battery by force, was continued to April 18.
The case of Michael Crockett of Lancaster, charged with two felony counts of probation violation and one felony count of failing to appear, was continued for review on April 25.
The case of Donald L. Michalak of Heathsville, charged with felony malicious wounding, was continued to March 21.
The case of Montelle L. Reaves of Callao, charged with selling or distributing imitation schedule I/II drugs, was continued to February 14.
The case of William H. Wolfe IV of Glen Allen, charged with misdemeanor probation violation, was continued to February 14.
The case of Terrel P. Dickerson of Heathsville, charged with felonies of probation violation and failure to appear, was continued to February 14.
The case of David R. Roberts of Callao, charged with two counts of misdemeanor probation violation, was set for trial March 14.
