Northumberland County Historical Society to hold annual meeting July 29

The Northumberland County Historical Society (NCHS) will hold its annual meeting Saturday, July 29, at the Ball Memorial Library and Museum, 86 Back Street, Heathsville. The public is welcome.

After a short business meeting beginning at 10:30 a.m., Northumberland County Clerk of the Circuit Court Deborah Bingham will speak about the care, storage, preservation and restoration of the many volumes of county records under her care, reported Richard W. Covington.
