HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland DMV Select Office will begin taking appointments for title work beginning May 1, 2021.
“Since the beginning of the year, we have operated without appointments, but we no longer are able to handle the increasing volume,” said Ellen Booker Kirby, Treasurer of Northumberland County. “At the request of the county to comply with health safety guidelines, we are implementing an online appointment system.
