HEATHSVILLE—Following a public hearing without comment, the Northumberland planning commission on Thursday, February 15, voted 8-0 to recommended changes to the boathouse ordinances to include fabric boat canopies. The ordinance will go to the board of supervisors for another public hearing and vote.
