HEATHVILLE—Following a closed meeting discussion, the Northumberland board of supervisors on Tuesday, February 20, entered into an agreement with accounting firm UHY to conduct a forensic audit of county and school books going back at least five years.
Upon returning to open session, the board unanimously approved a related motion, 5-0. The total cost of the forensic audit is not to exceed $159,975.
