Northumberland Public Library (NPL), 7204 Northumberland Highway, Heathsville, will celebrate its 45th birthday from 5-7 p.m. March 22.
There will be special guests, cake and bubbly, reported library director Jane Blue. “Come enjoy wonderful conversation and check out our history boards,” she said.
