Rebecca Tebbs Nunn of Kilmarnock was crowned Ms. Virginia Senior World at the Phoenicia last week in Biloxi, Miss.
Nunn was invited to represent Virginia in the premiere pageant which will debut in Biloxi in November. Her invitation was on the basis of her two previous state titles, Ms. Virginia Senior America 2016, where she was a national finalist, and Ms. Virginia Senior USA 2019, where she was second runner up in the nation, said Nunn.
