‘Opening day’ food drive is Saturday at Dream Fields

Saturday, April 18, was supposed to be opening day at Dream Fields in Kilmarnock. That won’t happen as the 2020 Lancaster County Little League season has been put on hold.
“But we still want to do something to get our Little League families out to the ballpark and help support our community that day,” said Youth Club of Lancaster County president Dwight Forrester.
The youth club has partnered with Healthy Harvest Food Bank in Warsaw to hold a food drive at Dream Fields, 1385 Irvington Road, Kilmarnock, from 10 a.m. to noon, Saturday, April 18.
“This is going to be a drive-and-drop with zero one-on-one contact,” said Forrester.
