
WHITE STONE—Route 3 travelers can expect overnight delays crossing the Robert O. Norris Jr. Memorial Bridge through Friday, November 21, with one-way, alternating traffic for survey work that is part of the maintenance project.
A portion of the bridge will be reduced to a single travel lane from 7 p.m.-6 a.m., reported senior communications specialist Alexis Breeden.
Automatic flagging assistance devices, operated by certified flagging crews, will direct one-way, alternating traffic through the work zone. Crews will alternate lanes as they progress across the structure.
