Oyster Shell Decorating class slated September 27

The Bluff Point Community League (BPCL) will hold a creative Oyster Shell Decorating class from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. September 27 at BPCL/Bluff Point Graded School #3, 2595 Bluff Point Road, Kilmarnock.
