‘Palm Sunday in the Park’ to feature worship, egg hunt

The eggs are all stuffed! Twenty-five volunteers of all ages gathered at White Stone Church of the Nazarene recently to stuff over 7,000 eggs for the upcoming Community Easter Egg Hunt at Kilmarnock Town Centre Park on Palm Sunday.  Pictured are Michele Tucker, Julie Jackson, Bill Jones and Eleanor Jackson.

The White Stone Church of the Nazarene will host “Palm Sunday in the Park” April 10 at Town Centre Park, 150 North Main Street, Kilmarnock.

An outdoor worship service will be followed by a community Easter egg hunt, reported children’s pastor Cathy Smith. All events are free.

The event will begin with praise music at 9:45 a.m. at the Half Shell….
