The Chesapeake Academy Performing Arts and Lecture Series (PALS) on May 24 will present storyteller Sheila Arnold to kindergarten through grade eight students at 9:30 a.m. in the Osprey Dome on the Chesapeake Academy Campus, 107 Steamboat Road, Irvington.
