Partners for Pets nearly ready for guests

Terrie Dort, who spearheaded Partners for Pets, said the organization anticipates donors will contribute some $250,000 annually to operate a new no-kill shelter. With the lives of so many rescue animals at stake, once construction begins, “I feel strongly that people will continue to step up,” she said.
