Partnership evolves for clothes drive to support re-entry program

LANCASTER—In a powerful demonstration of community collaboration, the Lancaster County Department of Social Services recently partnered with the Northern Neck Re-Entry Council to launch a clothes drive drop-off initiative to support individuals transitioning back into the community.

This initiative will provide essential clothing items to individuals re-entering society after incarceration, helping them prepare for job interviews, work and daily life with dignity and confidence, reported Social Services director Dr. Claudette Henderson.
