A hearing in the case of Concerned Citizens of Lancaster (CCL) versus Lancaster school board chairman Audrey Thomasson is at the top of the Lancaster County Circuit Court docket on Friday, March 22, at 9 a.m.
Mary Posey, head of CCL, filed a petition March 14 asking the court “to remove Audrey Thomasson from her elected position on the Lancaster County School Board for the following reasons: for neglect of duty, misuse of office and incompetence in the performance of her duties and such has had a material adverse effect upon the conduct of the office.”
