The Betty Smith Gaskins Scholarship Committee will host a pizza party from 5-7 p.m. April 6 at Afton United Methodist Church, 5130 Hacks Neck Road, Ophelia.
“We invite all to come on out to celebrate spring with all-you-can-eat hand-tossed pizza,” said scholarship committee member Joyce Jett. “Delicious salads and tempting homemade desserts will accompany the pizza.”
