LANCASTER—The Lancaster planning commission on February 18 reviewed the first draft of the capital improvement plan and heard related requests.
County administrator Don Gill presented the five-year plan. Requests having a “minimum cost of $10,000 and a minimum useful life expectancy of at least five years” may be considered, he said. “Fiscal year 2022 is the most critical in reviewing because the outer years will be revised again in years to come.”
