HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland planning commission closed out 2023 on Thursday, December 21, finalizing proposed revisions on both the solar energy facilities and boathouse ordinances.
The commission will hold a public hearing on the boathouse ordinance at the January 18 meeting. The commission held off further action on the solar ordinance until it receives feedback from Dominion Energy.
