HEATHSVILLE—By a 6-0 vote, the Northumberland planning commission on Thursday, September 18, recommended the approval of a conditional use permit allowing a vacation home rental on a restricted residential parcel at 164 Bay Shore Avenue in Fleeton.
The application from Lauren Foiles and Jeanette Urquizu now advances to a public hearing at the October 9 board of supervisors meeting.
