Auditions will be held at 7 p.m. July 25 and 26 for “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee” at the Lancaster Players Playhouse, 361 Chesapeake Drive, White Stone.
No previous experience is necessary, just a willingness to act and sing on stage, said director Robin Blake.
The musical is about contestants in a spelling bee who are all anxiously competing. Each contestant has their own story to tell, through a song.
