
The Gloucester Daffodil Club recently announced its cookbook, Daffodils and Delicacies-Divine Dining, will be available soon.
Daffodil lovers have shared their favorite recipes and love and knowledge of daffodils. The club is taking pre-orders at a discounted price until March 1, reported public relations committee chairman Anne W. Earman.
Hundreds of recipes are included with seven sections: appetizers and beverage, salads and soups, vegetables and sides, main courses, bread, desserts and miscellaneous. Many of the recipes will have a pen and ink drawing of a daffodil with a corresponding daffodil chosen by the recipe contributor.
